Welcome! My name is Sarah Jurrens. I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate and graduate of the Oregon State University Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master's Program. Major coursework included Social and Cultural Perspectives and Systems Theory with a focus on Social Justice. I have a wealth of life and work experience to pull from and I absolutely love my job.

I encourage clients to rethink their assumptions and habits, reconnect with their inner self, find what fuels their true motivations, experience genuine joy, shed unnecessary shame and imposed expectations, and provide empowerment through connection to their inner strengths and skill acquisition through customized individual therapy, EMDR, self-help courses, and more.
